Our classes are designed for ALL fitness and ability levels and for ALL ages and sizes. We encourage healthy eating and exercise and provide motivation and support for weight loss through our weekly weighs-ins, nutritional advice and class support.

You can choose to simply have a weigh-in only, partake in the exercise only or you can do both and the different price schemes reflect each of these options.


First TIme Class

If you’re coming to class for the first time, please, don’t worry you will always be encouraged to exercise at your own level.

We offer a variety of styles so there is always something for everyone. I like to call my exercising Marys FitMix (fitness mixed up).

Sharing Ideas

I encourage every one who attends a class to get involved and share stories and successes.

You can view our sharing table ideas which include a range of suggestions such as ‘Guess the Calories’, ‘Swop this for this’, Recipe of the Week, food ideas and lots more.

Mary's Fit Mix

Every class is different. I love a traditional ‘Aerobic’ workouts and my Fit Mix is just that. It’s a great way to work your whole body. You will love the music and you’ll get an all over body blast with our combination of Cardio Fitness, Toning and Strength work.

I like to offer a 50 minute to 1 hours’ worth of exercising that may consist of  a Bums Tums and Legs class, Cheerleading, work-out with tennis  balls or resistance bands, maybe even a Fitsteps or circuit class. Whatever style we choose, it will be fun and very effective.

You make every class a joy with your sense of humour and fun. I also like the variety - each week is different and you go to a lot of trouble so that we don't get bored doing the same routines. Also, within each class there is variety in terms of aerobic exercise and also mat work. I feel like I'm getting a full body workout. Because I come to the Monday class, I feel it sets me up for the week and gets me going.

I would like to say I enjoy classes very much, all the people at every class are very nice and friendly, and also Mary you make the classes, it would not be the same without you. You are kind, considerate, witty, and enjoy a laugh, and that makes the classes fun. Nothing is ever too much trouble, you always encourage us with ideas on the topic tables, i.e Guess the calories, food swaps and lovely healthy recipes. You give each class 110%, and always do a variety of exercises. I like being involved in going out for optional meals, trips, or walks.
