Our classes are designed for ALL fitness and ability levels and for ALL ages and shapes. We encourage healthy eating and exercise and provide motivation and support for weight loss through our optional weekly weighs-ins, nutritional advice and class support.

You can choose to simply have a weigh-in only, partake in the exercise only or you can do both and the different price schemes reflect each of these options.

First TIme Class

If you’re coming to class for the first time, please, don’t worry you will always be encouraged to exercise at your own level.

We offer a variety of styles so there is always something for everyone including:

  • Old school classic aerobics
  • Resistance bands
  • Bender ball & Tennis ball work
  • Circuit training
  • Upper & Lower Hoop work
  • Pompom’s
  • Salsa
  • HiiT training (optional levels of impact)
  • Pole work (not what you think!)
  • CardioTone
  • Bums Tums and Thighs
  • Optional Mat / chair toning work
  • And coming soon… Paracise (gentle exercise) and the Third Age Woman Qualification (menopause and beyond)
