First TIme Class
If you’re coming to class for the first time, please, don’t worry you will always be encouraged to exercise at your own level.
We offer a variety of styles so there is always something for everyone including:
- Old school classic aerobics
- Resistance bands
- Bender ball & Tennis ball work
- Circuit training
- Upper & Lower Hoop work
- Pompom’s
- Salsa
- HiiT training (optional levels of impact)
- Pole work (not what you think!)
- CardioTone
- Bums Tums and Thighs
- Optional Mat / chair toning work
- And coming soon… Paracise (gentle exercise) and the Third Age Woman Qualification (menopause and beyond)
