Clean Crumble yummy

Clean Crumble.
3 Ripe Peaches, skinned and stoned. (But you could use any fresh fruit)
Butter for Greasing
A drizzle of syrup (optional)
175g wholemeal spelt flour
65g cold butter, diced.
25g ground almonds
25g flaked almonds
50ml mapel syrup.
Preheat oven to 180Âșc/gas mark 4
Slice the peaches, Grease a 1-litre baking dish with butter and arrange the peaches in the bottom. If you think your peaches need a little extra sweetness, drizzle them with syrup.
For the topping, put the flour in a bowl, add the diced butter and rub into the flour until the mixture is breadcrumbs.
Stir in the the ground and flaked almonds, then drizzle over the maple syrup and stir briefly. (you may thinks it’s strange with our sugar, but don’t worry it’s fine).
Spoon the crumble on top of the peaches and bake in the oven for 30 mins or until the top is tinged with brown.
